FOOTY.COM® (hereinafter referred to as “Service”) is a product price comparison website which pays particular attention to the online football product retail vertical. This Service is aimed at end consumers who wish to receive free overview data (including price, description and imagery) pertaining to products offered by Online Retailers with whom we are affiliated (hereinafter referred to as “Online Retailers”). We would like to express that the data featured on this Service is only reflective of the Online Retailers with whom we have chosen to be affiliated with and as such this Service does not claim to provide a complete and full representation of all products available on the market.
Product overview data featured on this Service is programmatically pulled from product data feeds provided by the Online Retailers with whom we are associated. Due to the volume of data being handled, we cannot always guarantee that all data featured on this Service is 100% accurate. In an effort to negate data inaccuracies, the data syncing technology that underpins this Service is polled in a timely manner so as to make product overview data as up-to-date as possible. Where discrepancies in the data are identified we work closely with Online Retailers to correct these issues immediately.

In circumstances where a user of our Service has navigated away to the website of one or more of the Online Retailers with whom we are associated by clicking one of our product banners or deeplinks, please note that the respective terms and conditions (including cancellation and returns policies) of the Online Retailer will become applicable. FOOTY.COM® is not party to the contractual agreement that exists between a user of this Service and the Online Shops from which products are ultimately purchased and acquired. It is the responsibility of individual users of this Service to check and confirm that product related data is accurate on the end retailer's website before entering into their purchasing cycle.
